2. WE WILL ORGANISE AN INITIAL 'MEET & GREET'.
- I will meet you and your cat(s) at your home at a mutually convenient time.
- This is a wonderful opportunity for you to ensure you are completely happy with everything before confirming your booking.
- It also allows your cat(s) to become acquainted with me and have a friendly sniff (if they're feeling confident!).
- During the 'Meet & Greet', we'll go through a detailed questionnaire covering all of your cat's needs, ensuring I can provide the best possible care whilst you're away.

3. BEFORE THE CAT SITTING COMMENCES, I WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:

- An emergency contact person who can make decisions on behalf of your cat(s) is required and must be available in case of an emergency.
- A pet carrier and pet passport, along with your veterinarian's details, are required to be left in your home in case of an emergency veterinary appointment.
- Please share your cat(s) "manual". This can be in the form of a WhatsApp message, Word or PDF file and should include:
- Food instructions (portions, food storage, bowls).
- Any allergies or health issues I should be aware of.
- A list of your cat's favourite activities and toys.
- Information on where you store cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner in case of any mishaps.
- Clear rules regarding what your cat is and is not allowed to do (e.g., on furniture, countertops, etc.).
