WHAT TIME ARE THE VISITS? CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC TIME?
I operate on a slot basis rather than offering specific times. Morning visits are typically between 8:00 am and 11:30 am, afternoon visits between 12:00 pm and 4:30 pm, and evening visits between 5:00 pm and 8:30 pm. These times can be slightly adjusted to accommodate your cat's requirements, such as administering medication.
HOW LONG IS A STANDARD VISIT?
A standard visit is at least 30 minutes long. However, the precise duration of my visit will depend on your cat's individual comfort and their desire to interact. I always prioritise your cat's well-being and would never force interaction if they seem uncomfortable.
I believe in giving them the choice to engage on their own terms.
DO YOU CARE FOR OTHER ANIMALS?
I am happy to care for other small animals such as hamsters, guinea pigs, rats, rabbits and fish. Different rates will apply for small pets bookings.
DO YOU SEND UPDATES?
I send daily photo and video updates via WhatsApp. I will also star you cat on my Instagram feed (with your permission!).

No, I specialise in home visit cat sitting and overnight stays. Cats are naturally territorial and can become anxious in new surroundings. To minimise stress, I visit your cats in the comfort of their own home or stay with them. You can learn more about overnight stays here.

I HAVE AN OUTDOOR CAT, CAN MY CAT GO OUTSIDE WHEN YOU CAT SIT?
If you have a cat flap, your cat can continue to go outside as they normally do. If you don't have a cat flap, I can let your cat out during my visit. However, if your cat has not returned home by the end of the visit, they would have to be let back in at my next visit. Please be aware that once your cat is outside, their safety and whereabouts are beyond my control. Any incidents or issues that occur while your cat is outside are entirely at your own risk.

I kindly request at least two days' notice between your booking request and the start date. This is essential to allow for a comprehensive 'meet & greet', where we can discuss your cat's routine and needs, and arrange key handover.
CAN YOU GIVE MY CAT MEDICATION?
Yes, I am fully insured and DBS checked and can administer any medication your cat may need. I can also take your cat to the vet in an emergency. We will discuss the requirements at the free meet and greet.
WHAT IS YOUR AVAILABILITY?
To make sure I can be there to look after your cat, especially during busy times like UK bank holidays, the summer holidays, and the exciting Notting Hill Carnival, it's a good idea to book your cat sitting early. I would say reach out even a few months in advance for bookings during peak season and at least one week during less busy times. As my availability changes from month to month, so the best way to find out if I have space for your furry friend is to send me a message through my Contact Me page, WhatsApp or email. I aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
